How to Use the Past Stockouts Report

In this article, we discuss using the Past Stockouts report and the Stockouts: Past dashboard on your inventory page in SoStocked.

The purpose of this dashboard and the corresponding Stockout Assessment Checklist is to ensure that you are properly investigating the reasons behind stockouts, and fixing those problems. Please save a copy of the assessment checklist and use it often whenever you see products that are stocking out. Work with your suppliers, freight forwarders, marketing teams, and anyone else who may be involved to ensure we mitigate or prevent future stockouts.
