Forecasted Sales vs. Actual Sales Report
From your Forecast page in SoStocked, you can now download a Forecasted vs. Actual Report. The purpose of this report is to help you analyze the accuracy of your forecasts so that you can fine-tune your settings for more meaningful and precise forecasts. On the top of your page, click the cloud icon and select, Forecasted vs. Actual. This will download a spreadsheet.
Before you download or analyze this report, it is imperative that you have set up your forecast calculation variables, order schedules, lead times, and seasonality correctly. If you have not studied the tutorials on how to set up your forecast, please do that here. Also make sure you have done proper onboarding, including the start-up-mini-course.
