Fast Cash Opportunities Dashboard
This dashboard is your cash-flow catalyst. Use it regularly to keep your inventory optimized, your capital working harder, and your business ready to scale.
Overview
The Fast Cash Opportunities Dashboard helps you identify products that have higher inventory levels (FBA Days of Supply) but are still selling well. These aren’t slow-moving or stale products—they’re consistently moving but may be overstocked.
This means you likely have a good amount of capital tied up in these products, which could be redeployed to generate more cash flow. The dashboard helps you spot those opportunities so you can convert inventory into cash.
Why It’s Useful
- Helps you free up capital to invest in things like new product launches, marketing, or replenishing faster-moving SKUs.
- Highlights opportunities where you can move inventory quickly and improve cash flow.
- Turns idle inventory into active cash flow, helping you reinvest more efficiently.

Strategize to Improve Your Business
- Sort by Days of Supply to find products with excess inventory and tied-up capital.
- Prioritize products with high inventory value and solid sales velocity—these are cash flow goldmines.
- Evaluate your profit margin to decide how much of a price drop you can afford while staying profitable.
- (Optional) Identify inventory at risk of aging and target it for clearance or sales acceleration first.
- Lower prices or run promotions to boost sales and turn inventory into usable cash. As an added advantage, use this strategy to target and boost your ranking for specific keywords.
- Reinvest the cash you free up into high-impact areas like launching new SKUs, increasing ad spend, or restocking top sellers.
- Maintain coordination between Inventory and Marketing teams to ensure promotions don’t lead to overselling and stockouts.
