How to Follow Up on Purchase Orders and Work Orders
In this tutorial, we will discuss how to use the Order Tracker page to follow up with your Suppliers and Warehouses to make sure they are on track to send and receive existing shipments.
- Go to your Orders page.
- Select the Ready to Ship dashboard, and/or the Landing in 30 Days dashboard. If you are linking from your Command Center, these filters will be applied automatically.
- Contact your suppliers and ensure they are on track. If they are running late, then adjust your lead times so that the PO is accurate based on realistic delivery dates.
- Make sure you have your FBA shipment labels ready (if applicable).
- Make sure you have your Freight Forwarder ready and all freight paid for.
- Make sure your Warehouses are ready to receive that inventory with all necessary paperwork, FBA labels, etc.
