How to Track Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) Sales

Multi-Channel Fulfillment or MCF is a program in Amazon FBA whereby you can fulfill orders from another sales platform, using FBA inventory. For example, let's say that in addition to selling on Amazon, you also have a Shopify site. And customers can go to your Shopify store and make purchases. However, you are not actually fulfilling these sales yourself, you are simply having Amazon send these units out to the customer.

You can tack MCF orders and include MCF orders in your forecasts in SoStocked, but by default this option is turned OFF. Simply go into your forecast page and turn MCF to ON, then save.
