AWD EU & UK

Amazon is introducing Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) for EU and UK.

If you are using AWD for your US stock, please visit this tutorial.

We are in contact with the Amazon AWD and API teams and at this time they do not yet offer any API reports for this service. This means that unlike the US AWD workflow, EU and UK will have to be forecasted manually within SoStocked until such time as Amazon releases API documentation.

The Basic Setup

1. Create a new vendor (warehouse) in SoStocked and name it AWD EU/UK
2. Turn on marketplaces for EU and UK for this vendor
3. Assign this vendor to any products that will be enrolled in AWD EU/UK
4. Manually upload inventory levels for AWD EU/UK the same way you would update warehouse stock for your 3PL
5. Manually manage the inventory levels in  AWD EU/UK by keeping track of inbound POs and outbound transfers (work orders) to FBA
6. Reconcile your FBA shipments to  AWD EU/UK transfers (work orders) the same way you would with a 3PL
7. Adjust your Transfer Schedule on any forecasts that are using AWD EU/UK to reflect the time it typically takes inventory to transfer from AWD to FBA.
8. Adjust your Transfer Time on the forecast for these products.
